This afternoon of flowing, body-rocking, and heart opening will be all about Self Love and Exploration. Brandon Anthony will lead the group in an all levels hour long Vinyasa Flow, candlelit and backed by an out of this world soundtrack designed to take you to another planet. Brandon will teach modifications for every level, so newbies to yoga are welcome! High quality mats provided. All you'll need is a towel to wipe up all the sweat. All Cannabis and CBD goodies provided :). Space is limited to 14 people, so reserve your spot quickly!
