EROS Love London will be a Full Day Erotic Journey combining 4 separate workshops - Warming Into Us: A Vinyasa Yoga + Tantric Edging Meditation, Tantric Dance, Deepening Connection: A Tantric Partner Yoga Exploration, and Tantric Group Massage. This heart opening experience is all about celebration of self and exploring new pathways to pleasure through Yoga, Movement, and Tantra. We'll build heat and confidence flowing and edging as one in the Naked Yoga class, warm into body connection and sensual expression in Tantric Dance and Tantric Partner Yoga, and expand to full bodied sensation and ecstatic release in Tantric Group Massage - deepening our connection to ourselves and each other as we move through this arc together.

10:30aM - 12PM Warming Into Us: A Vinyasa Yoga + Tantric Edging Meditation
Our Naked Yoga class is about people of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds coming together to celebrate what their beautiful bodies can do - Stripping free of the stories we tell with our clothing and finding freedom and love in the imperfection of our truest form.
In this all levels class backed by music, we'll flow through a sequence of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. Although the 1st part of class can be challenging if you let it, everyone works at their own level. Variations are available for every pose, and you'll be able to choose the one that feels best for you that day.
After working up a sweat, we'll come to the mats for deep restorative holds, taking time to open the hips and heart as we shift into our Tantric exploration. Bating, breathing, and teasing - we'll experiment with different methods of self and group pleasure. Playing with different movements, poses, and rhythms, we'll work to build stamina and control as we edge towards climax again and again.
*This class is All Levels and does not require any Yoga experience. All positions will be broken down, and multiple options will be given for more advanced positions.

12:15p - 1:30p Tantric Dance
Tantric Dance is an expressive, emotive, and erotic movement party. A true celebration of self, touch, and what the body can do. There's no choreography to memorize, no wrong moves, and no wrong steps. Just moving, feeling, and Living to the music. Allowing it to pulse through you, clearing the way for full bodied expression and connection.
Backed by a genre mixing soundtrack, we'll move in and out of games designed to get us grounded in our most present and confident sensual selves - building heat and connectivity as we grind, edge, and feel together in the dark.
*This class is All Levels and does not require any Dance experience - Just a willingness to play, connect, and express yourself.

1:30p - 2:15p Lunch Break
2:15p - 3:45p DEEPENING Connection: A Tantric Partner Yoga Exploration
Tantric Partner Yoga is about exploring intimacy, touch, and the balance of energy between bodies. Shifting and grinding in contrast and sync with our partners, we work to unlock new levels of sensation with one another, taking our time as we exchange weight and chi through partner yoga poses, skin to skin exercises, and Breath.
By working to slow down, be present, and truly listen to the body language of our partners, we become more connected and attentive lovers. By allowing ourselves the courage to be vulnerable and let go into another, we get the chance to discover new ways to be pleased. There's no pressure to perform and no conclusion to rush towards. Just you and your partner in the moment exploring touch like it's the first time.
*Solo attendees are more than welcome, and will rotate partners multiple times. Couples will have the option to join the rotation or practice only with each other.
*This class is All Levels and does not require any Yoga experience. All positions will be broken down, and multiple options will be given for more advanced positions.

3:45p - 4p Break
4p - 5:30p Tantric Group Massage
Tantric Group Massage aims to bring us fully into ourselves and into the present as we explore sensation together - using breath, awareness, specificity, and movement exercises to expand our access to Pleasure and Connection.
Breaking into groups, 1/3 of the participants will be placed in the center to receive at a time, describing their desired experience to their givers before being blindfolded and encompassed in stillness.
Basked in candlelight and supported by music, each group will take time to breathe and meld together before slowly building in movement. Finding flow, our bodies will overlap and intertwine as we glide across each other, using every part of ourselves to move sensual chi and heat throughout the group.
Once everyone has had their time in the middle, we’ll come together as a group for one final build towards Ecstatic Release.

Is it okay if I'm new to Yoga/Dance/Tantra?
Newbies are totally welcome. Each workshop is beginner friendly, and every pose/exercise will be broken down and explained in the Yoga workshops. Tantric Dance doesn’t require any dance experience at all - Just a willingness to play, connect, and express yourself.
Do I have to fit a certain body type or age to attend class?
Not at all. All shapes, sizes, and ages 18+ are welcome and encouraged to come celebrate themselves. One of my favorite things about leading the EROS events is how diverse they are. This is a judgement and shame free zone.
Are Trans and Non Binary men welcome at this event?
Definitely. EROS events are open to all Cis/Trans Men and other gender identities within the queer masculine spectrum. Discrimination of any kind would not be tolerated and has never been an issue at any EROS event.
Is it okay to attend solo?
For sure. Most people do! You'll be able work with others the group for any partner work. Solo attendees will change partners multiple times throughout the workshop. Couples will have the option to rotate partners or work only with each other.
Is Lunch included in the event?
Lunch is not included, but there is a kitchen available for those who want to pack a lunch or snacks and store them throughout the day. There are also multiple restaurant and cafe options within walking distance.
Is there sex involved in these classes?
Although the focus is on Sensuality and Connection, the Tantric classes are sex positive experiences. Sexual activity between consenting adults does take place, but you will never be directed to perform a sex act. Everyone will be given time to let their partners know what kind of touch they’re looking to receive, as well as any boundaries they’ve set for their experience. These sessions could all technically be done with clothing on, so engaging in activities more sexual than you’re comfortable with is not at all necessary for enjoyment. You are completely in control of how erotic the session is for you.
How do you navigate Consent in the Tantric events?
Every Tantric event begins with a full discussion on navigating consent in the space. I use a 1 - 10 Touch Scale in my workshops, with 1 being the least erotic and 10 being the most. All participants will have the opportunity to communicate their touch comfort numbers before and during any partner work.
Will there be filming or photography at this event?
No photos or video are permitted. Any photos or video footage you see on my website or social media pages were taken from shoots specifically designated for filming. We also ask everyone attending EROS Events to respect the privacy of their fellow participants and not disclose who was in attendance to anyone outside of the group.
What do I need for this event?
For most locations, you will need to bring a Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, and 1 or 2 Towels for clean up/padding. You are also welcome to bring personal lubricant if you like. Any other necessities will be communicated to you by email after registration.
Where is the event located?
The event will take place at a stunning private studio in Shoreditch. The full address and need-to-knows for the event will be sent in your confirmation emails after booking your spot.
